Relationship Officer (RO) to Senior Relationship Manager (SRM), Branch or Priority Banking, Retail & SME Banking


Prime Responsibilities
•  Achieve assigned business targets across liabilities, assets, and other retail banking products.
•  Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and process guidelines.
•  Drive cross selling initiatives to enhance customer value and contribute to the Bank profitability.
•  Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.
•  Generate new business opportunities across the retail banking portfolio to expand the Bank market presence.
•  Participate in sales campaigns, customer engagement programs, and business development initiatives.
•  Manage customer portfolios to maximize deposit retention and drive liability and asset growth.
•  Maintain auditable records, support audit and compliance requirements, and ensure smooth branch service delivery.



Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum graduation from the relevant area from any reputed university.
•  Experience Requirements (by Grade): Officer: 2-3 years; SO: 3-4 years; PO: 4-5 years; SPO: 5-6 years; AVP: 7-12 years
•  
•  Strong business acumen with an established professional network.
•  Willingness to be geographically mobile and flexible.
•  Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
•  Capability to engage self in a collaborative and performance driven work culture.
•  Ability to comply with process guidelines and ensure top notch customer service.
•  Ability to identify and onboard new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
