Priority Banking Manager (PBM), Branch Banking, Retail & SME Banking
Prime Responsibilities
• Drive acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth of High Net Worth customers. • Lead business growth, ensure service delivery and customer experience of the Priority Centre. • Support the Branch Manager in achieving Priority Banking business objectives. • Guide and support Priority Banking RMs in achieving portfolio growth and service excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Priority Banking customers by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. • Organize Priority Banking customer engagement programs, business campaigns, and promotional activities. • Promote cross selling of banking products and adequate wealth management. • Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualification & Other Competencies
• Minimum graduation from the relevant area from any reputed university. • Experience Requirements (by Grade): SPO: 5-6 years; AVP to SAVP: 7-12 years & above • Strong business acumen with an established professional network. • Willingness to be geographically mobile and flexible. • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. • Capability to engage self in a collaborative and performance driven work culture. • Ability to comply with process guidelines and ensure top notch customer service. • Ability to identify and onboard new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
