Special Asset Management Division (SAMD) - ARM to RM (PO-SPO)


Prime Responsibilities
•  Achieve assigned recovery target and ensure compliance with recovery procedures.
•  Maintain regular communication with customers through calls/ visits ad preserve documentary evidences.
•  Resolve customer disputes or complaints and recommend legal actions where necessary.
•  Follow up of legal proceedings and coordinate with panel lawyers for early disposal of cases.
•  Provide timely recovery updates and presentation before Line Manager/ Departmental Head/ Senior Management.
•  Manage court case activities and liaison with panel lawyers for early disposal of case.
•  Prepare and submit of error free Management/ Board Memos and Management Reports.
•  Support MIS and reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders.


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum graduation in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
•  1-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate or Commercial Business, Credit Risk Management, Special Asset Management, Corporate Recovery is preferred.
•  Understanding of the full credit lifecycle.
•  Good IT skills and knowledge.
•  Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and customer relationship skills.
•  Pro-active, multitasking, target oriented and able to work under pressure and team environment.
•  Passionate to meet project deadlines.
