Qualification & Other Competencies
•  We invite applications from high-achieving graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

Compensation & Benefit
•  Successful candidates will embark on a transformative development journey enriched with comprehensive learning programs and rotational assignments across key business functions. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be appointed as Senior Officer or Principal Officer, based on performance during the selection and training process. This is more than a job, it is the foundation of a long-term leadership career at EBL.
