										Relationship Officer to Relationship Manager (Officer / SO / PO / SPO), Islamic Banking
										
 
 Prime Responsibilities
 •  Consistently achieve and exceed business targets by acquiring high-quality clients and cross-selling Eastern Bank financial products.
 •  Proactively manage and grow a sustainable customer portfolio while supporting sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
 •  Ensure excellence in daily operations, delivering services diligently and addressing customer feedback with timely, effective solutions.
 •  Adhere to SLAs and maintain full compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements.
 •  Build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and support the development of new Islamic banking products.
 •  Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line or Branch Manager.
 
 
 Qualification & Other Competencies
 •  Bachelor degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a relevant field.
 •  Minimum 3 years of branch-level experience in a permanent role with reputable banks, with the capability to serve as Islamic Banking Window-in-Charge.
 •  Strong understanding of Islamic banking products and services.
 •  Proactive, deadline-driven, and adaptable to geographic relocation.
 •  Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a team-oriented, growth-minded attitude.
 •  Strong business acumen, established professional network, and excellence in customer relationship management.
 •  Proficient in core banking systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office.
 •  Preference given to candidates with certifications such as CIPA, CSAA, CIBF, CIBFP, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Banking.
