Qualification & Other Competencies
•  We are looking for inspired graduates who have a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
•  We are looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional potentials, capabilities, and a drive to become top-tier professionals in the banking sector. We would be glad to see candidates with positive mindset who love to imagine and express themselves without fear having strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication proficiency.
•  We believe selected Future Leaders will plan a long career with us and they will initially commit to serve EBL for a period of minimum 03 (three) years by signing a Surety Bond.
