Head, Fintech Technology Partnerships (AVP - SVP), ICT Division


Prime Responsibilities
•  In order to accelerate innovation within the bank through collaboration with the Fintech and start-ups community we have an approved vacancy in ICT Division to leverage the agility and innovation of start-ups. The role is expected to create a new culture in the bank through related IT innovations.
•  Lead execution and delivery of projects, at the same time ensure seamless project handover to business units from proof-of-concept and pilot to production.
•  Identify and create new business value by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders and the FinTech community.
•  Evaluate emerging technologies and business models to identify its relevance, impact and opportunities to the bank.
•  Define new initiatives, proof-of-concept and pilot projects via market, customer, technology research and ideation as well as workshops with business units.



Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field will be preferred, but not compulsory.
•  Experience in business transformation, product development or management.
•  Demonstrated experience in building and delivering product from idea to production is highly desirable.
•  Understanding corporate environment and demonstrated experience of navigating the organization and getting work done in a structured corporate setting.
•  Strong understanding of technology and proven track-record of effectively articulating value to business.
•  A strong communicator, thought-leader and facilitator who is comfortable with the dynamic, fast-changing pace of innovation but also able to navigate within the broader corporate structure.
•  Understanding of banking, banking products, and financial services experience will be preferred, but not compulsory.
