Branch Manager (BM) / Sub Branch Manager (SBM), Retail & SME Banking


Prime Responsibilities
•  Achieve and exceed assigned business targets and accelerate branch revenue.
•  Book new quality business and propose new products and services offer to existing customers and thus ensure healthy portfolio of branch.
•  Make branch team passionate about different sales promotions, campaigns and inspire cross selling different products of EBL.
•  Ensure service excellence in day to day banking operations and customer care.
•  Maintain branch SLA time with both internal and external stakeholders.
•  Take care of customer feedbacks, complaints and offer solutions accordingly.
•  Manage allocated portfolios efficiently as per bank risk appetite.
•  Ensure AML compliance as well as other regulatory policies and requirements at branch.
•  Handle internal and regulatory audit or inspection to achieve satisfactory ratings for branch.



Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum graduation from relevant background.
•  7-10 years of experience in branch job role of reputed Banks, 2-5 years of experience in Branch Manager or Sub Branch Manager role is preferable.
•  Sound knowledge in general banking operations.
•  Well conversant about banking laws and regulations, specially on Anti Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorist Financing issues, BFIU circulars and guidelines.
•  Ability to contain cost for bottom line result.
•  Leadership qualities to managing, coaching and mentoring people.
•  Mindset for geographic mobility and flexibility.
