Contact Center Agent
Prime Responsibilities
• Handling customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard. • Ensuring first contact resolution in every possible cases. • Effectively following up and escalating the queries and complaints where necessary.
Qualification & Other Competencies
• Seeking exceptionally motivated graduates with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00. • 6 months experience in similar exposure will get preference, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla. • Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages. • Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)

Compensation & Benefit
• Gross monthly salary of BDT. 28,000/- • Other admissible benefits as per EBL policy. • Will be eligible to sit for Written Exam for EBL Permanent position after 1 year based on performance.
