Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) to Unit Head, Trade Sales, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking


Prime Responsibilities
•  Manage and utilization of the Limits sanctioned on Trade Transactions to corporate customers.
•  Identify and utilize new opportunities to grow Trade Business for existing and new customers as well as generate new business while cross selling different products.
•  Ensure new trade business growth and client service solutions to build long term relationship.
•  Collaborate with corporate clients to render best possible services related to Trade.
•  Play advisory role to make hybrid/complete trade solutions for customers.
•  Increase revenue from existing client base.
•  Drive different sales promotions and campaigns.
•  Efficient management of allotted portfolios, customer feedbacks and complaints.
•  Ensure Credit Risk, AML compliance and other regulatory policies and requirements.
•  Maintain SLA time with both internal and external customers.
•  Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
•  Ensure service excellence.


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum graduate from relevant background.
•  Work experience in permanent position in respective department i.e. Cash Management/ Trade Sales/ Trade Finance/ Corporate Banking in reputed banks or financial institutions.
•  - RO to RM position (Officer to SPO): 3-5 years
•  - SRM position (AVP to SAVP): 8-12 years
•  - Unit Head position (AVP to VP): 8-12 years
•  Minimum graduate from relevant background.
•  Good understanding of cash management products and solutions available in Bangladesh Market.
•  Ability to understand customer requirements and offer for solutions accordingly.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective business acumen.
•  Adequate computer literacy to work on online software modules and MS Office packages.
•  Geographic mobility and flexibility will be preferred.
•  Self-motivated with good business network (especially on Govt. Sector/ MNC/ Insurance & other private sectors).
