Officer, Cards Acquisition (Assistant Officer / Junior Officer / Officer)


Prime Responsibilities
•  Sourcing of new credit cards and supplementary applications.
•  Ensuring 100% card activation and card utilization.
•  Providing credit negotiation to release applications.
•  Providing necessary customer service.
•  Ensuring zero fraud.
•  Accelerating the business growth by continuously visiting new customers and companies and submitting the visit report to line manager and department head.



Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum graduate, in relevant background.
•  Minimum two (02) years of work experience in relevant position at Cards Division with reputed Banks / Financial Institutions.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective business acumen.
•  Adequate computer literacy to work on online modules & MS Office packages.
•  Geographic mobility and flexibility preferred.
•  Self-motivated with business network.

•  Dhaka, Bangladesh.
