Contact Center Executive


Prime Responsibilities
•  Handling customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard.
•  Ensuring first contact resolution in every possible cases.
•  Effectively following up and escalating the queries and complaints where necessary.



Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Graduation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
•  Minimum six (06) months of experience in similar position will add value.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
•  Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.
•  Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
