Business Analyst - Cards & Alternative Channel


Prime Responsibilities
•  Management of User Access Control for Bank applications (CBS, CMS and Satellite Systems)
•  Understanding business operations, data and functional requirements to ensure optimum automation to improve the process performance of day to day activities
•  System implementation for business process automation


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Graduate from reputed university preferably B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Application
•  Minimum 02 Years in Cards / CBS Application Team in any Bank
•  Adequate Knowledge on Banking software / Application and operational process of Branch, Cards and alternate channels.
•  Ability to think potential risks of fraud and forgery in Banking Operations due to unplanned system access.
•  Ability to work in a team and attitude to learn
•  Excellent English language efficiency
