Relationship Officer (RO)/Associate Relationship Manager (ARM), Priority Banking


Prime Responsibilities
•  To achieve Assets and liabilities targets
•  To help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc) in co-ordination with the RM/SRM & other sales channels
•  To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities
•  Deposit/assets attrition management
•  Cross sell SME/Corporate products


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business; i.e. MBA/ BBA) from reputed universities
•  Minimum two (02) years of related experience in reputed Banks/Financial Institutions; freshers are also encouraged to apply for RO position
•  Experience of working in a centralized process & real time online banking will be an added advantage
•  Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & people management skills
•  Good command over English language and computer
•  Geographic mobility and flexibility
