Application Developer (Senior Officer - Principal Officer)


Prime Responsibilities
•  Analyzing software for technical and function problem and bug fixing
•  Managing all aspects of the end to end Capacity Management & Release management process
•  Responsible for software support, defect analysis and fixation, implementation, training to user, support on live projects
•  R&D, investigating and implementing prevention strategies for user identified complaints and perform necessary actions to resolve the application problems
•  Collaborating with different stakeholder in software development life cycle to perform the job
•  Performing requirements analysis activities including eliciting and documenting user requirements, developing the system architecture, defining and documenting requirements for the sub-systems and interfaces, and identifying constraints and operational scenarios
•  Designing, building, assembling, and configuring application or technical architecture components using business requirements
•  Developing scalable and effective source code that meets business requirement including application security as per Bank security standards
•  Collaborating with Information Security (IS) and Audit team to ensure regulatory and compliance requirement


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum Graduation from relevant background
•  Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in application maintenance
•  Experience in Financial industry is preferable.
•  Experience with Secure coding standard and practice.
•  Experience with tools like JIRA, GIT, and SVN.
•  Experience on JQuery, .NET Core, Web API is mandatory
•  Experience on ORACLE, SQL Server will be an added advantage.
•  Mid-level expertise on Angular JS, React JS
•  Ability to apply OOP concepts in real world situations
•  Sound knowledge in software development lifecycle and methodology
•  Able to work under pressure, problem solving & team playing attitude
•  Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill
•  Honest and carries high personal integrity
•  Ability to work in business commercial environment in engaging state-of-art software development and implementation on banking and finance
•  Good understanding and implementation experience on Design Patterns and Architecture Patterns
