Officer - Manager, Agent Operation under Retail & SME Banking Division


Prime Responsibilities
•  Processing contract / agreement between Bank and Agent
•  Checking and ensuring required documents during selection and on-boarding of the Agents
•  Checking and ensuring required documents at the time of Account Opening and other services
•  Ensuring high quality services to rural customers as per guideline
•  Handling customer feedback and complaints efficiently
•  Ensuring one stop services from Agent outlets
•  Identifying areas of improvement and initiating necessary action if required
•  Keeping records and calculating commission for Agents
•  Ensuring logistic support for Agent outlets
•  Arranging training sessions for Agents to ensure better services and sales


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum Graduation from relevant background
•  Minimum Two years of experience in reputed banks/distribution houses/agencies is preferred
•  High level of integrity, sincerity and behavioral appropriateness
•  Quality to work as a team member and attitude to learn
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bengali and English
•  Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules
•  Having knowledge on account opening documentation and branch banking operations are preferred
•  Having Knowledge on General Banking
