Associate Manager - Manager, Agent Management and Agent Deployment under Retail & SME Banking Division


Prime Responsibilities
•  Developing, implementation and management of the business target and strategies
•  Searching and deployment of new and potential individual or organization for Agent
•  Serving as Strategic Relationship Manager among the Core Banking, Branch and the Support Departments
•  Market research and planning related to Agent Banking
•  New business initiatives to drive Business growth.
•  Meeting with the Agent personnel/managers/owner on a regular basis to assess Agent(s) performance against Key performance Indicator
•  Coordinating and assisting regulatory and other audits


Qualification & Other Competencies
•  Minimum Graduation from relevant background
•  Minimum Two years of experience in reputed banks/distribution houses/agencies is preferred
•  High level of integrity, sincerity and behavioral appropriateness
•  Quality to work as a team member and attitude to learn
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bengali and English
•  Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules
•  Experience on distribution business and good knowledge of agency business
