Contact Center Executive (Trainee Assistant Officer)
Prime Responsibilities
• Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard • Ensure first contact resolution in every possible cases • Effectively follow up and escalate the queries and complaints where necessary
Qualification & Other Competencies
• Graduation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 • Prior experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, freshers are also encouraged to apply • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla • Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & office packages • Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
